RESERVATION CALENDAR
Operation
The charter duration is 8 hours, typically from 10:00 to 18:00. You may choose to depart at 11:00, in which case the charter will end at 19:00. If you wish to depart after 13:00, the trip duration will be shorter. The vessel must be back at its mooring no later than 20:00. You can also extend your day at sea beyond 20:00 to enjoy the sunset. Extra time is charged at €200 + VAT per hour.
If there are more than ten people on board, an additional crew member is mandatory for the departure. With such a group size, a single person cannot provide the high level of service that Boat Charter Menorca is known for. The cost for the additional crew member is €150 per day + VAT.
Extras
A day at sea is even more fun with some water toys. We offer extras such as paddle surf boards, an inflatable anti-jellyfish pool, underwater scooters, inflatable toys, and water skis. We can also arrange professional catering services.
Optional COMFORT PACKAGE: €350 per day. Includes: towel service, all soft drinks, ice, snorkeling equipment, tender boat with fuel included, JOBE water carpet, paddle surf board, snacks, and sunscreen.
Fuel
The boat is equipped with a GPS tracker to record the engine’s operating hours. A rate of €150 per hour (including VAT) will apply. At the end of the trip, you will receive a report detailing the route taken and the total number of engine operating hours.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted as long as they are notified at least 30 days prior to the departure date. In such cases, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.
A full refund will also be issued in the event of adverse weather conditions, defined as waves exceeding 1.2 meters on all routes according to Windy.com on the morning of departure. Cancellations based on weather forecasts made further in advance will not be accepted.
